Welcome to LawEval. LawEval is the first decision-making platform engineered specifically to meet the unique needs of law firms.
This video will explain the Account module, Team management, the Settings area, and how to reach the Support team in the event you need assistance.
The Account module in LawEval offers essential tools to help you navigate and manage your account efficiently.
Within this module, you'll find a Get Started dropdown menu that provides access to a short video tour, as well as a direct link to the LawEval Knowledge Base.
The Team section within the Account module allows you to invite and manage team members who need access to your LawEval platform.
To invite a new user, Click the Invite User button in the upper right corner on the Team page.
Enter the invitee’s name, role, and email address. After sending, the invitee will receive an email with a link to activate their account and set a password.
Admins can change a user’s role between Admin and User. To edit a user's role, click the pencil icon next to the user’s role and select the desired role.
Admins can deactivate any user except the account owner. In the Active Users tab, click the pencil icon next to the user’s status and select Deactivate.
Admins can also reactivate any deactivated user. In the Deactivated Users tab, click the pencil icon next to the user’s status and select Activate.
The Settings area is accessible from the dropdown menu by clicking on your profile icon. This section allows you to configure both Alerts & Leads notifications.
To configure Alerts notifications, click the ALERTS tab, then plus icon to add an email address. Select desired schedule and alert levels, and then click Save.
To configure Leads notifications, click the LEADS tab, then plus icon to add an email address. Select desired schedule and leads channels, and then click Save.

Contact Us Button: Available on the login page, this button allows you to quickly connect with our support team for any inquiries or issues.
Question Mark Icon: Located next to your profile icon, within the app, this icon opens a support form. You’ll be prompted to describe the issue you encountered.
The only required fields are your email address and a description of the issue. Your message will be sent directly to our LawEval engineers and managers.
